We are able to offer an on-site evaluation of your computer system todetermine whether the problems are with a hardware part in the system, or withthe software installed on the system.

With hardware faults, we will always inform you of the price for repair and then itis your choice whether to go ahead with the repair.

With software problems we aim to fix your machine within an hour. If that is notpossible then we can offer a fixed price off-site repair, and almost always haveyour computer returned to you within 1-3 days.

We can offer both on-site and off-site computer upgrades at a fixed price, andwe are able to supply a huge range of parts at very competitive prices.

Computer Virus – a computer program that can copy itself and infect a computer without permission or knowledge of the user. Computer viruses can cause erratic behaviour and can result in system crashes and the loss of user data.

Malware – Short for malicious software, Malware is any software used to disrupt computer operation, gather sensitive information, or gain access to private computer systems. Malware is sometimes found embedded in programs supplied officially by companies, e.g., downloadable from websites, that appear useful or attractive, but may have, for example, additional hidden tracking functionality that gathers marketing statistics.
